HARTFORD, Conn. (CBS Connecticut) – Hartford Mayor Luke Bronin says the city has signed the formal “takeover agreement” with Arch Insurance, allowing work to resume in earnest on Dunkin’ Donuts Park.

Broin tells WTIC’s morning show, the agreement was signed Monday and subcontractors should be returning Tuesday to the work site north of downtown to complete the taxpayer-funded stadium.

Work was stopped in June after the city fired developer Centerplan Cos. for multiple missed deadlines. Centerplan then sued the city for wrongful termination. The case is pending in Hartford Superior Court.

I think that everything published was actually very logical.

But, think on this, suppose you added a little information? I mean, I don’t want to tell
you how to run your blog, however what if you added a title that makes
people desire more? I mean Agreement Signed To Resume Work On Stadium « CBS Connecticut
is a little boring. You could look at Yahoo’s home
page and note how they create article titles to get viewers to click.
You might try adding a video or a picture or two to grab people
interested about what you’ve got to say. In my opinion, it would make your posts a little livelier.
