(Hartford, Conn./CBS Connecticut) – A Hartford resident is accused of running a drug factory out of a city residence and is also facing federal charges.
Officers on Monday executed a search warrant at 63-65 Heath Street.
It was there they say they’d received credible information regarding a major PCP supplier and undertook several “controlled purchases”.
Under arrest is 45-year-old Isaias Rivera of Hartford.
A search of the apartments turned up a liter of liquid PCP, with an estimated street value of $10,000, police said.
Also seized were an ounce of PCP mixed with mint leaves, two ounces of cocaine, and packaging material.
Rivera is facing federal narcotics violations; he also had an outstanding warrent on a federal narcotics violation and was currently on parole for a previous firearms arrest.
