A Farmington father posted a quarter million dollar bond after his arrest on charges of assault on his infant.

Connecticut Children’s Medical Center called the Department of Children and Families,  which in turn reported to Farmington police, after a seven week old baby was found to have multiple unexplained bone fractures.

Police obtained a warrrant and arrested 29-year-old Morsy Elzawaway on charges of first degree assault,  reckless endangerment,  and risk of injury to a child.  The baby and an older child were removed from the household.
