Former West Hartford man Omer Oskar, 44, was sentenced Monday to 18 months in prison after pleaded guilty in December to second-degree sexual assault of a children aged 13 to 15. He will also serve 10 years probation and if he violates that, will serve out his 8 1/1 suspended sentence.

In a separate case, East Hartford man Millard Henry III, 22, was sentenced to six years in prison, five years probation for arranging to meet people through Craigslist and then stealing iPhones from those people following the meetings. He pleaded guilty under a deal to two counts of first-degree robbery and two counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery.
