A weekly show hosted by Phillip Valentine, the Executive Director for the Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR) and Ann Baldwin, owner of Baldwin Media and long-time television and radio personality.
Both people in long-term recovery, Phil and Ann bring their message of courage, strength and hope to their listeners as living proof that recovery from drugs and alcohol is possible.
Phil has been an integral component in the Recovery Community Organization since January 1999. An accomplished speaker and presenter, he has gained recognition as a strong leader in the recovery community; in 2006 the Johnson Institute recognized his efforts with an America Honors Recovery award.
Ann Baldwin has more than 20 years of expertise in the broadcasting and communications industry. By applying her knowledge of the media industry, her firm has built a national reputation for its expertise in supplying support in crisis management, media management, and marketing and presentation skills. Before establishing her own business, Ms. Baldwin worked for more than 15 years in the television news business as an anchor/ reporter for stations across the country.
