To meet the demand, it is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. All of the sandwiches are served on rye bread, unless otherwise specified. Fan favorites are the corned beef and hot pastrami. Katz’s has daily specials on wraps, meat sandwiches and grilled cheese. You will find traditional sandwiches and wraps on the menu. The dare devils try one of the triple deckers served on three slices of rye bread. Be sure to come hungry.

Vinny’s Deli is a local favorite in New Haven County and the town of Wallingford. It is known for being the king of roast beef, but has all of the traditional deli fixings you can imagine. Vinny’s was voted best lunch spot, best deli and best caterer in Wallingford in 2013. The menu features steak specialties, cold cuts, hot sandwiches, chicken and veggie options. Its hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
