To meet the demand, it is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. All of the sandwiches are served on rye bread, unless otherwise specified. Fan favorites are the corned beef and hot pastrami. Katz’s has daily specials on wraps, meat sandwiches and grilled cheese. You will find traditional sandwiches and wraps on the menu. Vinny’s Deli is a local favorite in New Haven County and the town of Wallingford. It is known for being the king of roast beef, but has all of the traditional deli fixings you can imagine.
