Line Dancing at the Cadillac Ranch
45 Jude Ln.
Southington, CT 06489
Hours: Mon – 6 p.m. to 1 a.m.; Tues to Thurs – 4 p.m. to 1 a.m.; Fri – 4 p.m. to 2 a.m.; Sat – 6 p.m. to 2 a.m.; Sun – 4:30 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Line dancing and country music go together like boots and spurs. However, even some of those people who rush to the floor at every wedding for the electric slide get intimidated when the DJ plays “Boot Scootin’ Boogie” or “Trouble.” Understandably, country music is not as popular in New England as in other parts of the country, except at the Cadillac Ranch, where country is king and line dancing is the most fun way to enjoy it. Everyone is a fan of country here, especially when the dance floor fills with hundreds of people moving in synchronization. Get there early for cheap lessons, then dance all night. Learn together, try out your new moves, and don’t leave without attempting to ride the mechanical bull.
