East Hartford resident Kim Smith is seeking permission to sue the state, claiming the state should have fixed holes in the walls at bathhouses at Hammonasset Beach State Park where she and her two young daughters, age 3 and 6 were spied on in a shower. Mother Says Voyeurism At State Park Not Islolated

The recent discovery of a small camera hidden inside a bathhouse at Hammonasset State Beach in Madison is not an isolated incident of voyeurism, said an East Hartford mother who was the victim of a similar incident at the same park three years ago.
