7:20- Tom Condon writes about urban and regional issues for the Mirror, including planning, transportation, land use, development and historic preservation. He questions whether Hartford’s financial crisis will force a property tax overhaul in Connecticut.

8:20- Rich Hanley, Associate Professor/Journalism, looks at how candidates are getting their messages heard in this election year.

8:50- Senate Minority Leader Len Fasano (R-North Haven) says the Comptroller and legislative leaders won’t admit there’s a deficit until after the election.
