7:20- Larry Cafero, House Republican leader is here.  Cafero questioned the state’s proposed deal with Hartford-based United Technologies Corp. that is designed to help the company build a new headquarters for Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford. Also, there were Mixed Feelings Offered At Public Hearing on Common Core. Cafero said the anxiety has been heightened and support for the standards has been diminished.
