Reward Issued For Information In Cold Case

Waterford, Conn. (CBS Connecticut) – The state is offering a $25,000 reward for information in a 2012 homicide.

Kyle Seidel was shot to death on December 21, 2012 as he picked up take-out food for his family.

The 34-year-old Waterford man was shot in the parking lot of the Family Bowl on the Boston Post Road.

Authorities say Seidel, a married father of three, was en route to a local Chinese restaurant at the time of this death.

The state’s attorney’s office says the events leading up to Seidel’s killing are still unknown.

That’s why they’re asking anyone with any information about the night in question to contact Waterford police or the Cold Case Unit
