WINDSOR LOCKS, Conn. (CBS Connecticut) – Windsor Locks police have made an arrest in an animal abuse case from last year.

Under arrest is Timothy Olschafskie.

The 20-year-old is accused of killing seven domesticated house cats that belonged to a family in town.

The investigation began last June upon reports of abuse and the deaths of the cats under what police called suspicious circumstances.

His bond has been set at $150,000.
