Man Charged In Animal Abuse Case

WINDSOR LOCKS, Conn. (CBS Connecticut) – Windsor Locks police have made an arrest in an animal abuse case from last year.

Under arrest is Timothy Olschafskie.

The 20-year-old is accused of killing seven domesticated house cats that belonged to a family in town.

The investigation began last June upon reports of abuse and the deaths of the cats under what police called suspicious circumstances.

Olfschaskie is being arraigned today in Enfield Superior Court.

His bond has been set at $150,000.
