Five Shot In Bridgeport, Arrest Made

An arrest has been made in a Bridgeport shooting that killed one person, and wounded four others.

Roderick “Riki” Rodgers was taken into custody at noon today on one count of murder and four counts of attempted murder.

Police had been looking for him since Friday.

On September 10, 26-year-old Christopher Pettway was shot to death, and four other teenagers were wounded. The teens were all male, and all between the ages of 15 and 19.

Police say the shooting was related to a previous dispute involving Rodgers.
