Hartford police have made two arrests in connection with a homicide from earlier this summer.
They say on July 13, 25-year-old Miguel Rodriguez was shot and he later died in Hartford Hospital.
Police say the two suspects, 21-year-old Tyquan Turner and 22-year-old Lorenza Christian, ripped a chain and medallion from Rodriguez’s neck.
The items were later tracked to a Hartford pawn shop and police say that information was instrumental in their cracking the case.
Turner faces murder, conspiracy and weapons charges and is being held on $2,000,000.
Christian is charged with conspiracy to commit murder. His bond is $1,000,000.
