Calling Hours, Funeral Set For Connecticut Serviceman

Public calling hours and a funeral service for a Connecticut airman killed in Afghanistan will be held this week at Western Connecticut State University.

Staff Sergeant Todd “T.J.” Lobraico of New Fairfield was killed in action last week while serving with the New York Air National Guard near Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan.

Lobraico was a student pursuing a degree in law enforcement in WCSU’s Justice and Law Administration program.

Public calling hours will be from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, September 12 at the Feldman Arena of the O’Neill Center, 43 Lake Avenie Extension.  The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday at the O’Neill Center,  with burial following in North Cemetery, Church Road, Sherman.
