STAMFORD, Conn. (AP) _ William Dudley, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, is planning to speak in Stamford, offering an outlook for the economy.
Dudley will be the keynote speaker Tuesday at the Sheraton Stamford Hotel.
Dudley, in his first public address to the Fairfield County business community since assuming the post in 2009, will focus his comments on the national and regional economies. The luncheon is hosted by The Business Council of Fairfield County.
Dudley is vice chairman and a permanent member of the Federal Open Market Committee, the group responsible for crafting the nation’s monetary policy.
