Hartford Police ID Man Killed in Motorcycle Crash

Hartford police have identified the man killed in a motorcycle crash just before 2 p.m. yesterday as Brian Murrillo, of Windsor. He turned 20 on Sunday.

Officers responded to the area of 2630 Main St. and discovered the scene of a motorcycle vs. taxi accident. Officers attempted to give Murrillo emergency medical treatment. He was then transported to St. Francis Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The operator of The Yellow Cab Co. taxi, Alsem Georges, 48 of Hartford, was taken to Hartford Hospital with chest pains.

The Hartford Police Crime Scene Division (C.S.D.) is actively investigating the incident.
