Police Recover Vehicle Stolen In Home Invasion

New Haven Police say they have recovered the vehicle stolen during Monday’s home invasion on Huntington Street.

Police say officers responding to a parking complaint early this morning found the white Pontiac Aztek which was taken.  Two men with a handgun accosted two women returning home with groceries, forced their way in, tied up a 71-year-old woman, and made off the the vehicle.

Police say the car was towed to the police garage for forensic examination.
