Police in Waterbury are on the lookout for a suspected bank robber.
They say it was around three p.m. that a white male entered the Thomaston Savings Bank at 824 Highland Avenue and handed the teller a note, demanding cash.
The teller complied, handing over an undetermined amount of money.
The suspect took off on foot on Bradley Avenue. No weapons were displayed and no one was hurt.
Police say the suspect is in his 40s, average height and build, with salt and pepper colored hair.
He was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt with “Everlast” across the front and dark sunglasses.
