The East Central Narcotics Task Force in Vernon arrested a Hartford man Tuesday on four warrants for the intent to sell heroin and cocaine.

Ricky Lyons, 40, is charged with a number of drug-related offenses including possession and sale of heroin and cocaine.

He was arrested outside a Vernon Subway restaurant where he worked.

His bail totals $950,000.
