Lines stretched out of the Legislative Office Building and down the block for the gun violence prevention hearing this morning.  Then,  shortly after 11,  the fire alarms went off,  with a recording instructing those inside to evacuate. . .Capitol Police sent an e-mail to employees there saying it was not a fire,  but a water flow issue in the pipes.
