Norwalk police are asking for the public’s help as they seek a suspect in connection with a shooting in the parking lot at the Kendall Elementary School Sunday, Jan. 13.

Police say Kareem Leach is five-foot-seven,  165 pounds,  with a distinctive tattoo on his right arm, and should be considered armed and dangerous.
