A 16 year old driver has been charged in an early Sunday morning crash in Moosup.Plainfield police say the teen slammed a car in to the front entrance to the Bank of America just before 12:30,damaging the front door and part of the building.
The driver and a 14 year old passenger fled, but were located a short time later and were taken to a hospital for treatment of possible injuries and released to the custody of their parents.
The driver has been charged with Operation Without a License,Operating Without a Registration,Operating Without Insurance and Reckless Driving.
