South Windsor Police are investigating the assault of two men at a local business.

Police were called to 51 Edwin Rd. Tuesday at 9:20 p.m. by one of the victims. The man said that he and another man at the business had been beaten. When police arrived they found both men suffering from serious head and face wounds. One of the victims was not responsive. Both men were taken to Hartford Hospital. The condition of the victims is not known.

The business has been identified as Forced Induction Motor Sports, LLC.

It is unknown what prompted the assault. Police are working with one of the victims in hopes of identifying an assailant.

The Connecticut State Police Major Crime Squad has been called to assist with evidence collection at the scene.
