A former New Haven man is wanted by law enforcement authorities and a Waterbury man is held after the two were indicted in last month’s armed robbery at the TD Bank branch in Killingworth. Police say there was a third participant in the holdup.
Authorities say 32-year-old Dario Pabey appeared in court Monday after his arrest. Authorities issued an “Armed and Dangerous” wanted poster for 40-year-old Marcus Dwyer.
Prosecutors say in the August 6 holdup, the two, along with another person, forced employes and customers to lie on the bank floor, and tied up one. They made off with more than $43,000, and fled in a stolen vehicle, which was found abandoned nearby.
Prosecutors are not saying much about the third participant, other than what the indictment says, that he or she is “known to the Grand Jury.”
