A report of a stolen car leads to a brief police chase in New Britain, where police say the suspect vehicle later struck a pickup and fled. The pickup followed then struck a cruiser apparently while trying to follow the car from the accident. The cruiser then hit a third car. The officer and pickup driver were treated for minor injuries and released. Police are looking for a blue 2002 two-door Honda Civic and 24-year-old Jose Marcano. Police say his ex-girlfriend reported he had stolen her car at about 4 this afternoon.
