Two Shot Outside Bridgeport Gas Station

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (AP) _ Bridgeport police are searching for a suspect who shot two men outside a gas station that was the scene of another shooting in April.

Police say the two men were shot shortly after 1 a.m. Thursday at a Citgo station on Reservoir Avenue. Officers say one of the men is hospitalized in critical condition and the other suffered non-life threatening injuries.

The victims’ names haven’t been released and there’s no information about the suspect. Witnesses are urged to call Bridgeport police.

The shootings came nearly 24 hours after a clerk at a Citgo station in Meriden was shot to death. No arrests have been made in that shooting.
