BLOOMFIELD, Conn. (AP) _ A Bloomfield home suffered serious damage after a car slammed into it Wednesday night, sparking a fire.
Fire officials say the accident occurred at about 11 p.m. on Tyler Street. The driver of the car was taken to Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford. His condition was not available Thursday morning.
The residents of the home were not injured.
It’s not clear what caused the accident.
