New Britain Man Charged With Cutting In Line At Wal-Mart

A New Britain man faces criminal charges after Southington Police say he tried to cut ahead of shoppers waiting in a checkout line early Friday at the Wal-Mart on Queen Street in Southington.

Police say Patrick Brew, 32, of Broad Street caused a disturbance and then interfered with officers who responded to the call.

Police say Brew is free on $2,500 bond after being charged with breach of peace and interfering with an officer. He’s due in court on December 5.
