Newington police say they were called to Mountain Road around 3:45 a.m. Saturday on a report that two men had been camping on Cedar Mountain when the ex-boyfriend of one of the men showed up and forced him into a vehicle.

Crain and the victim were located at a residence in Middletown. Police say the victim received significant injuries to his face during an assault.

Crain is being held on a $125,000 bond and is scheduled to be arraigned in court on Monday.
