3 More Arraigned In Plymouth Death
Three more defendants appeared in court today in Bristol, to face charges connected to the death of a 19-year-old.
A total of five people face charges connected to the death of Dylan Sherman.
So far, NO one has been charged with killing him.
Jonathan Wilcox’s defense attorney Pat Cooney responded in court to a statement given by one of the other defendants in the case.
“He [Wilcox] is denying the allegations that are presented in the warrant, specifically some of the statements made by other parties,” Cooney said.
It was revealed in court today that one of the defendants, Sarah Boilard, had dated the victim.
“Michael Boilard appeared from what I read in the arrest warrant affidavit, as well as in his statement, to have been the least culpable because at the time this alleged assault took place, he was at work. He was not there,” said Boilard’s defense attorney Brian Woolf.
The arrest warrants have been sealed in the case, so many of the details of police allegations are not known.
The people arrested face charges including assault, conspiracy, and kidnapping.
Sherman’s body was found in the woods in Plymouth. He had been beaten.
Two other defendants appeared in court last week.
