Who needs a liquor store when you can make your own wine or beer to bring to your holiday parties? At Cork & Brew, the experts will help you select, ferment and bottle your own beverage. The first step is to schedule a 30-minute appointment to choose your beer or wine, mix the ingredients and add yeast. Cork & Brew will contact you when the fermenting process is complete so you can bottle your beverages. Beer, on average, takes three weeks and wine takes eight to 12 weeks to complete fermentation. You can purchase empty bottles at the facility for $1 each. The process will create 30 bottles of wine or two half-cases of beer. Your own unique label will be added to each bottle.
