Kettlebell workouts originated in Russian military trainings in the 1700s. But this workout has recently become a trend in fitness. It is a total body training program that builds your core strength. Start using kettlebells, which are cast iron cannon balls with handles, and see some serious results. Some Connecticut gyms, fitness centers and kettlebell classes even incorporate unique equipment such as tires or ropes, creating a challenge for their members.
