Patriots Make Gritty Statement In Win Over Falcons

This was a game that most experts picked New England to lose, but the Patriots persevered on Sunday night to earn a 30-23 win over the Atlanta Falcons at the Georgia Dome. The victory allowed New England to keep pace with the undefeated Miami Dolphins for first place in the AFC East.

Patriots Show Improvement In Win Over Buccaneers

The New England Patriots still aren’t playing like an elite NFL team, but getting a 20-point win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday is a step in the right direction. If the team continues to improve, then next week’s game in Atlanta against a tough Falcons team should be very competitive.
