Justices Seem Receptive To Reducing Cross-State Air Pollution

Several Supreme Court justices Tuesday suggested during a 90-minute argument that they believe the Environmental Protection Agency did not exceed its authority when it issued i 2011 rule seeking to to reduce pollution from power plants in 28 states that drifts into states in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
