Foley, Sprague First Selectwoman Differ On Company’s Closing

Republican gubernatorial candidate Tom Foley has blamed Democratic Gov. Dannel P. Malloy’s economic policies for the planned closure of a Sprague paperboard company. But some workers and the town’s first selectwoman contend the state is not to blame, claiming the Greenwich businessman doesn’t know what he’s talking about.
