Women’s History Month (March) is a time to celebrate the contributions, bravery, suffrage and historic fight that women have endured across the centuries. Connecticut is rich in history and women’s history is no exception. From the American Revolution to today, women have inspired generations of people to stand up, fight, reform, comfort, nurture and excel in business. It’s time to explore women’s history in Connecticut.
Connecticut is beautiful in all four seasons but the state fully comes into her own during the brief but brilliant season of fall, easily enjoyed on a day’s roadtrip.
