Connecticut inmates will no longer be able to possess pornography as of this time next year.
State police say they’ve arrested two men in separate computer pornography cases. One was a U.S. Post Office worker arrested with images of pornography on his work computer, and the other had been previously included in the state sex offender regisry.
A former Connecticut man has been sentenced to 45 years in prison for producing and distributing child pornography involving a girl who was 8-years-old when the abuse began.
Trial is set to begin next month in a civil case brought by victims of the late Dr. George Reardon, accused of abusing hundreds or thousands of children over a period of decades.
