Many Share Newtown’s Mourning During Holidays

People sharing in Newtown’s mourning have brought handmade snowflakes and cards to the town, as residents prepare to observe Christmas less than two weeks after a gunman killed 20 children and six educators at an elementary school.

Schools Eye Plans, Calm Parents After Attack

The mass killing inside a Connecticut elementary school has educators across the country reviewing their security measures, reassuring parents and asking, “What if?”
