After the operator of the vehicle consented to a search, investigators found about 22lbs. of synthetic marijuana that was packaged in 1,300 bags for bulk sale. Authorities believe the substance has an estimated street value of $20,000. Cash totaling $3,000 was also found in the vehicle.
