Number Of Drug-Affected Babies In Maine Skyrockets

The number of babies born in Maine who are affected by or dependent on drugs is expected to climb to more than 800 by the end of the year, Gov. Paul LePage said in his weekly radio address. That would be the largest number recorded in the state and about five times what it was nearly 10 years ago.

Maine Gov Moves Out Of State House Office After Dispute Over TV In Hallway

Maine’s governor, who has gained attention in the past for telling the NAACP to “kiss my butt” and comparing the Internal Revenue Service to the Gestapo, has moved out of his office at the State House and says he’ll work out of the governor’s mansion because of a dispute over a television screen.

Maine Gov Won’t Meet With Dems Until Party Stops Using ‘Tracker’ Cameraman

Maine Gov. Paul LePage canceled a meeting with incoming Democratic legislative leaders Tuesday after asking the state Democratic Party to call off a cameraman who’s been recording him at his public events.
