Injury Report: Bye Week Should Invigorate Streaking Cowboys

The Dallas Cowboys (7-3) head back to work after completing their bye week. The New York Giants (3-7) begin the process of playing out the string, but they do get a player back from the injury list this week.

Jacobs Goes To IR, JPP Remains Out As Giants Tackle Seahawks

New York Giants defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul has endured a season that he would like to forget, and the former All-Pro defensive end will miss his third straight contest with an injured shoulder this week. The G-men also placed veteran running back Brandon Jacobs on injured reserve on Wednesday, ending his season. The visiting Seattle Seahawks will be missing starting linebacker K.J. Wright as they seek to cement the top seed in the NFC playoffs.

Eagles Relatively Healthy, Giants Injury Report Grows Heading Into Sunday’s Contest

The Philadelphia Eagles and New York Giants are each desperate for a victory on Sunday, so any advantage can prove helpful. With that in mind, this week’s injury report hands a decided advantage to the Eagles, which shows only two players on it. Meanwhile, the New York Giants had eight players who did not practice, in addition to the pending trade of Jon Beason to work with heading into week five.
