State Defenders Expect Onslaught Of Juvenile Appeals

The state’s public defenders say they’re preparing for an onslaught of appeals from certain inmates because the General Assembly failed to pass a bill changing Connecticut’s juvenile sentencing laws to conform to a recent U.S. Supreme Court decision.
