Kayaker Discovers Body In Connecticut River

A kayaker on the Connecticut River called Middletown Police around 10:40am on Saturday reporting a man’s body in the river. Authorities located the body floating just south of the Cromwell town line, close to the shore, but down a steep embankment along Route-9.
