Ray Dunaway: Sen. McCain and Brain Cancer

Board certified Neurosurgeon Dr David Spiro, who performs adult Neurological surgery, is a practicing member of the Saint Francis Spine Center and joined Ray to provide details on John McCain’s recently announced brain cancer diagnosis.

Sen. McCain, 80, has a glioblastoma, one of the most common but also one of the most malignant brain tumors. It can be treated with chemotherapy and radiation, but medical experts said it almost always grows back.
