BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (CBS Connecticut) – Norwalk police have arrested a Bridgeport man accused of sexually assaulting two children in 2006.  39-year-old Jose Cardenas was charged with first-degree sexual assault, two counts of risk of injury to a minor, and two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault.

Cardenas is being held on $500,000 bond, and will be arraigned Friday.
