Hartford Teen Charged With Arson

HARTFORD, Conn. (CBS Connecticut) – Hartford police have arrested a city teenager in connection with Tuesday morning’s fire at 159-161 Babcock Street.

Jaleel Torres, 18, is charged with first-degree arson, first-degree criminal mischief and interfering with police.

Police say they found a gas can and lighter at the scene of the blaze.
