Burglary Probe At Community College

(Middletown, Conn./CBS Connecticut) – State Police are looking for a suspect in a recent larceny at Middlesex Community College.

They say on Wednesday, officers from the Troop F barracks were called to the college on a report that an employee had a wallet stolen from one of the staff offices.

Video surveillance determined that the crime occurred around 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, the day before.

After leaving the MCC campus, troopers say the credit card of the person whose wallet was stolen was used at a Walgreens pharmacy on Main Street in Middletown.

The suspect’s gray/silver getaway vehicle is an older model , 4-door sedan, similar to an Acura TL with a sunroof, police said.
