Managing editor of the Journal Inquirer in Manchester, Chris Powell says liquor stores might as well make the argument for cannibalism.  Competitive liquor prices in Connecticut were nice for the week they lasted, as the Total Wine & More and then the BevMax liquor supermarket chains defied the state’s price-markup system.
