New Haven Man Charged In Crash That Killed Bicyclist

SHELTON, Conn. (CBS Connecticut) – Shelton police say a New Haven man turned himself in Friday to face charges in connection with a crash last winter on Bridgeport Avenue which claimed the life of a bicyclist from Ansonia.

Ryder Kingsley, 36, is charged with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle and evading responsibility in connection with the crash on the morning on December 23. Bicyclist Brian Climis died of his injuries the day after the crash.

Kingsley was arraigned Friday in Derby Superior Court.
